1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
1.1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "terms and conditions") of SAFFRON KV s.r.o., Company ID 23028335, regulate, in accordance with the relevant provisions of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, the mutual rights and obligations of the seller and the buyer arising in connection with the purchase agreement concluded through the online store SJSHOP.CZ.
1.2. The online store is operated at the internet address SJSHOP.CZ (hereinafter referred to as "website").

1.4. The buyer can be a natural person – consumer, or an entrepreneur.
1.5. These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods through SJSHOP.CZ, unless expressly agreed otherwise between the seller and the buyer.
2. USER ACCOUNT
2.1. If the online store interface allows registration, the buyer can gain access to their user account based on registration.
2.2. From the user account, the buyer can order goods and manage their data.
2.3. If the web interface allows it, an order can also be created without registration.
2.4. When registering and ordering goods, the buyer is obliged to provide correct and truthful information.
2.5. The buyer is obliged to protect their login details and not disclose them to third parties.
3. ORDER AND CONCLUSION OF THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT
3.1. All presentation of goods on SJSHOP.CZ is for informational purposes only, and the seller is not obliged to conclude a purchase agreement regarding every presented item.
3.2. The website contains information about the offered goods, including their price and any costs associated with delivery.
3.3. To order goods, the buyer fills out the order form on the website.
3.4. Before submitting the order, the buyer has the opportunity to check and correct the entered data.
3.5. The buyer sends the order to the seller by completing the ordering process.
3.6. After receiving the order, the seller will send the buyer a confirmation to the e-mail address provided in the order.
3.7. The purchase agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance of the order by the seller, unless otherwise agreed.
4. PRICE OF GOODS AND PAYMENT TERMS
4.1. The buyer can pay the price of the goods and any costs associated with delivery by methods currently offered in the ordering process on SJSHOP.CZ.
4.2. Available payment methods are listed when creating an order.
4.3. Together with the purchase price, the buyer is obliged to pay any costs associated with packaging and delivery of the goods, unless stated otherwise.
4.4. In case of cash on delivery payment, the purchase price is payable upon receipt of the shipment.
4.5. In case of bank transfer payment, the purchase price is payable according to the payment instructions sent to the buyer.
4.6. A tax document - invoice may be sent to the buyer electronically to the e-mail address provided in the order.
5. DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT OF GOODS
5.1. Goods are delivered through shipping services offered within the SJSHOP.CZ ordering process.
5.2. Specific shipping options and their prices are listed when creating an order.
5.3. The buyer is obliged to accept the goods upon delivery.
5.4. If, for reasons on the buyer's side, it is necessary to deliver the goods repeatedly or in a different way, the buyer may be charged an amount corresponding to the costs of repeated or alternative delivery.
5.5. Upon receipt of the shipment, the seller recommends the buyer to check the condition of the packaging and report any damage to the carrier.
5.6. The delivery period is stated for the specific goods or in the order.
6. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT
6.1. If the buyer is a consumer and the purchase agreement was concluded through means of distance communication, they have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving a reason within 14 days, under the conditions stipulated by legal regulations.
6.2. The buyer may send the withdrawal from the contract by e-mail to:
6.3. If the buyer withdraws from the contract, they are obliged to return the goods to the seller in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
6.4. The costs associated with returning the goods are borne by the buyer, unless legal regulations stipulate otherwise.
6.5. The seller will return to the buyer the financial funds received on the basis of the purchase agreement in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
6.6. The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to cases specified by legal regulations.
7. COMPLAINTS
7.1. The seller is responsible to the buyer for defects in the goods to the extent stipulated by applicable legal regulations.
7.2. The buyer can make a complaint by e-mail to:
7.3. When making a complaint, the seller recommends stating the order or invoice number, the designation of the complained goods, a description of the defect, and the buyer's contact details.
7.4. The seller will handle the complaint in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
8. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
8.1. The seller processes the personal data of buyers in accordance with applicable legal regulations, in particular with GDPR and the Personal Data Processing Act.
8.2. Personal data is processed mainly for the purpose of processing the order, concluding and fulfilling the purchase agreement, and fulfilling the seller's legal obligations.

9. COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS AND COOKIES
9.1. The seller may send commercial communications to the buyer under the conditions stipulated by applicable legal regulations.
9.2. The buyer may refuse the sending of commercial communications at any time in the manner specified in the relevant commercial communication.

10. OUT-OF-COURT SETTLEMENT OF CONSUMER DISPUTES
10.1. In the event of a consumer dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may use the appropriate method of out-of-court settlement of a consumer dispute according to applicable legal regulations.
10.2. The relevant authority for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, unless another authority is competent for the given type of dispute.
11. FINAL PROVISIONS
11.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
11.2. If any provision of these terms and conditions is invalid or ineffective, the validity of the other provisions remains unaffected.
